Henry Adderley

Owner and Trainer

Henry has been involved in coaching team sports for many years at the youth and adult levels. He now combines the knowledge gained from those experiences with CrossFit principles in his training at LifeThyme. He is keen to encourage others to develop their strength and movement in tandem and take on new challenges. As a CrossFit Kids trainer Henry specializes in encouraging children of all ages to be active and build fundamental physical skills and attributes that will carry them through their lives.

Deb Atwood

Trainer

Deb has been involved in team sports her whole life, playing everything from basketball and football to rugby and softball. She started CrossFit when she moved back to Bermuda after university and quickly fell in love with the sport and the community. The community is what she loves most about it and it’s what kept her coming back every day and what got her into coaching. She completed her CrossFit Level 1 in 2018 and coaches both CrossFIT and Barbell classes. The only thing she loves more than throwing around a heavy barbell is helping members progress on their fitness journey and watching them hit PRs they never thought they could.

Steve Rees Davies

Steve, or Coach SRD as he known by regulars, was a founding member of the gym in 2012 and subsequently gained his Crossfit Level 1 and Level 2 Trainer Certificates in 2014 and 2019 respectively. SRD is passionate about helping others find ways to maintain and improve their physical and mental fitness. You may not like his humor or music, but you will appreciate the detail and attention he places on technique is all of his classes.

Kieran has been practicing CrossFit for over five years in places as varied as Bermuda, Spain and the U.S. He prides himself in his ability to help athletes achieve goals they previously thought impossible.
