If you’re just getting started your fitness journey or are just looking for a new experience, we invite you to come check out our CrossFit community and see all the ways that we can help you reach your goals.

All you have to do is sign up for one of our No Sweat Intros. Your first visit with us will be about 20 minutes long. We’ll introduce you to our staff and take a tour of the facility. Then we’ll sit down and talk.

We want to get to know you and your fitness goals, and then together we’ll decide what the best way to get started will be – Small Group Classes , Personal Training, or a combination. The good news is that we have a variety of programs available for whatever your needs may be.
